This 1928 cabin packs a lot of punch in a sweet little space! In the main living area, you find multiple lounge spaces as well as a dining area. A gourmet kitchen off the living room creates an open-concept feeling. The Primary suite looks out to the ocean and has an en-suite bath. The large deck is where you will enjoy evenings by the fire pit, alfresco dining at the large outdoor table with plush seating, with the rhythmic sound of the waves as your backdrop.

Outdoors you have a direct access to the beach with a new set of stairs as well as BBQ, and deck furniture. The gentle waves are perfect to enjoy some of the best mellow surfing in the entire coast of California.

Located in between Mondo’s Cove and the point!

Faria Beach, located a couple miles north of Ventura, is that last little slice heaven. Relax, play and enjoy this unique and special little stretch of coast. Faria is a marine sanctuary with exposed tide pools, sand beaches, and some of the best marine environments along the California coast. The area is perfect for surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding or just to enjoy long walks on the beach, hunting for shells and sea glass. While this beach is known for dolphins feeding and riding waves, whales can even be spotted during their migration. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. With just steps to the sand, you will be able to explore one of California’s most unique and beautiful beaches.

Ventura is only 10 minutes to the South. Ventura is that last little beach town in southern-ish California where you can get that small beach town feel with close in proximity to airports, family attractions, wineries, breweries and just so many other great cities to visit.

Santa Barbara and Ojai are 35 minutes away; Carpinteria is 15 minutes away. There are three harbors and fishing as close as fifteen minutes. Most of these homes are ideal for any ocean activity and are also next to a coastal bikeway that extends from Ventura to Santa Barbara.

LAX (1.5 hours) and Burbank (1 hour) are located south. Santa Barbara airport is an hour to the north. Amtrak stops in Downtown Ventura!
