THE SPACE
No two days are the same here. Some days you’ll wake up to long stretches of beach and tide pools ready to explore; other days you might spot dolphins passing by while you make breakfast or watch waves roll right up to the porch. Maybe watch surfers catch waves from the living room, or join them at Mondos Cove— one of California’s best spots for beginner surfing and just a walk down the beach. Pitas Point, a few steps to the north, offers more challenging rides.
From the kitchen, living room, dining area, and expansive deck, enjoy views of the Channel Islands or catch a glimpse of a pod of dolphins cruising along the surf. The primary oceanfront bedroom is comfortable, with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twins and an en-suite half bath. The "Cow-a-Bunk-a Room" is tiny yet mighty and has two sets of bunks (4 twins). It is adjacent to a bathroom with double vanities.

The simplicity of being so close to the water makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the little moments.
Great location for surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and tide-pooling. A few steps to the south is Mondo's Cove, rated one of California's best spots for beginner and longboard surfing and a favorite location for surf schools. Pitas Point, a few steps to the north, offers more challenging rides.
When you’re ready to explore beyond the beach, you’re close to great day trips: hiking in Montecito, a spa day in Ojai, or shopping and dining in historic downtown Ventura, Santa Barbara, or Carpinteria.
