Two modern dutch doors lead you into the stylishly cozy open floor plan living space with a gas fireplace, living room, dining with banquette seating, and kitchen. Take in the salt air breeze while enjoying full ocean and island views throughout the entire downstairs living area, bedrooms included! Downstairs also includes 2 bedrooms and one bath: bedroom 1 - king bed, bedroom 2 – queen bed with twin trundle. Big screen TVs in every bedroom are Roku and wifi enabled. The primary suite sits upstairs with a king bed and full deck overlooking the ocean, walk in closet, en-suite bath with a Roman tub and walk in shower. Also included in the primary suite is a coffee and wine bar, big screen TV and vintage cone fireplace. Relax on the private deck or lounge in bed while watching the sunrise, sunset and the dolphin play! Take in the 180 degree views outside from the 50 feet of ocean front deck. Hit the stairs down to one of the most prized, sandy beach locations in Southern California. Plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, outdoor dining area and gas fire pit await your arrival. Ponderosa BH sits right at the cove!

Faria Beach, located a couple miles north of Ventura, is that last little slice of heaven. Relax, play and enjoy this unique and special stretch of coastline. Faria is a marine sanctuary with exposed tide pools, sand beaches, and some of the best marine environments along the California coast. The area is perfect for surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding, or just to enjoy long walks on the beach and hunting for shells and sea glass. While this beach is known for dolphins feeding and riding waves, whales can even be spotted during their migration. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional, and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. With just steps to the sand, you will be able to explore one of California’s most unique and beautiful beaches. Ventura is only 10 minutes to the South. Ventura is that last little beach town in southern-ish California where you can get that small beach town feel with close in proximity to airports, family attractions, wineries, breweries and just so many other great cities to visit. Santa Barbara and Ojai are 35 minutes away; Carpinteria is 15 minutes away. There are three harbors and fishing as close as fifteen minutes. Most of these homes are ideal for any ocean activity and are also next to a coastal bikeway that extends from Ventura to Santa Barbara. LAX (1.5 hours) and Burbank (1 hour) are located south. Santa Barbara airport is less than an hour to the north. Amtrak stops in Downtown Ventura!
