Wetsand: A Bit of Menzel Background. Our family business has deep roots that span over two decades, marking a journey filled with innovation, creativity, and a passion for the surf culture. One of our most beloved times was the “Wetsand” era of our Menzel life!

The first of 3 beach communities along the Pacific Coast Highway, Solimar Beach Colony. Solimar has the allure, architecture, history, and peace that make it a highly sought-after place to live.

Situated in the north of Ventura County, just off Highway 101 is Mussel Shoals Beach. A pleasant stretch of golden sand backed by a clutch of low-rise beachfront properties, the beach here has a fairly laid-back vibe.

As we travel North on the Pacific Coast Highway, 10 miles from Ventura, is Seacliff Beach Colony.  It’s known for its tranquil atmosphere and a sense of community among its residents.

6 Miles north of Downtown Ventura, along the PCH lies Faria Beach Colony. Faria is 11 miles of community, divided by Mondos Cove, aka“The Cove” a sandy, crescent beach famous for its gentle and consistent waves.
