My favorite thing to say is, “Ventura is the last small beach town in California”. It’s a dream of historic houses, stylish family neighborhoods, family-owned restaurants, miles of beaches. All hugged by our majestic mountains.

We love a little, actually, a lot of outdoor time! Countless possibilities of adventures - from a National Park to a hike up a little creek. We sure are lucky to live here.
